§ Dr. SHIELSAs Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies I am a member of the Empire Marketing Board, and I am also Chairman of its Research Grants Committee. In addition, the Colonies, Protectorates, and Mandated Territories are represented on the Board by Sir Edward Davson, Baronet, who is also Chairman of the Colonial Grants Sub-Committee and a member of the Research Grants Committee and of the Fruits Committee.
