§ Mr. GREENWOODAn old age pension has been awarded to Mr. Cremer with effect from 6th February, 1930, the first pay day following his 65th birthday. The necessary papers to enable him to secure payment of the pension, and of the arrears due, were issued on the 1st instant. The delay in settling the case was due to difficulty in determining Mr. Cremer's age, his birth not having been registered.
