§ Mr. SHAWThe number of discharges, apart from 165 resignations, of industrial employés of both sexes, corresponding to 255W the figures given to the right hon. Member on 2nd December last, for the period in question is 511. This figure includes 228 discharges on reaching the age limits and 104 on medical grounds. It also includes cases of transfers from one War Department establishment at Woolwich to other Government establishments at Woolwich and elsewhere. The corresponding number of entries during the same period was 553.
