§ Mr. KELLYasked the Secretary of State for India whether he has received the report of the committee appointed by a general meeting of Lucknow citizens to inquire into certain incidents which occurred in Lucknow on 25th May, 1930; and, if so, whether he will make the report available to Members of the House?
