§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONAs regards the first part of the question, the matter will be carefully considered in connection with the recommendations of the Highway Code to be issued under the Road Traffic Bill. As regards the last part of the question, the enforcement of the law requiring cyclists during the hours of darkness to carry a rear red light or reflector is a matter for the police.
