Mr. ALLENasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he has received a communication from the Chinese Government relative to their attitude to the claim to compete political independence which is asserted by the de facto government of Outer Mongolia: and whether His Majesty's Government continue to recognise the ancient treaty rights of China over Outer Mongolia?
Mr. A. HENDERSONI hive received no communication from the Chinese Government with regard to this matter. His Majesty's Government continue to recognise China's suzerainty over Outer Mongolia.
