§ Mr. LEES-SMITHSo far as I am aware, the bulk of the vans employed by contractors for Post Office mail services are of British manufacture, and I do not consider that any special action on my part is called for. Contracts for the con-2090W veyance of mails by road are so worded as to preclude the employment of subcontractors.
