Mr. THOMASSince 1st June, 1929, no schemes for the relief of unemployment have been submitted by the Borough Council of Gillingham or the City Council of Rochester. Three schemes for the relief of unemployment, estimated to cost £6,000, have been submitted to the Unemployment Grants Committee by the Chatham Borough Council.
