Dr. MORGANasked the Under-Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs what action it is proposed to take with respect to the Ordinance for the abolition of Clause 43 of the Southern Rhodesian Constitution which provides for the sale and leasing of land in Southern Rhodesia to the natives upon the same conditions as to the white immigrant races?
§ Mr. LUNNI would refer my hon. Friend to the answer on this matter which I gave on 22nd January to my right hon. and gallant Friend the Member for New-castle-under-Lyme (Colonel Wedgwood), to which at present I cannot add anything.
