§ Mr. GILLETTIf the hon. Member is referring to the duties on artificial silk goods in the Argentine, I have nothing to add to the statement made by my right hon. Friend on 21st January in reply to questions by the hon. Members for Moseley (Mr. Harmon) and Devizes (Mr. Hurd). If the reference is to the reciprocal trade agreement, I would refer to the answer which I gave to a question by the hon. Member for Devizes on 9th December.
