§ Miss BONDFIELDAn article is being prepared for inclusion in the February issue of the Ministry of Labour Gazette which will show the relative levels of rates of wages in the principal trades in 1914 before the War, and at 953W the end of 1929. I am afraid, however, that the necessary data for making a similar comparison of real wages in the separate trades are not available.
