§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONI have asked to reply. This scheme is included in the five years' programme of road and bridge works submitted by the West Riding County Council, but the plans and detailed estimates have not yet been forwarded. A loan has been sanctioned for the purchase of property, but it is understood that the county council do not propose to put the works in hand until 1932–33.
