§ Dr. SHIELSReserve funds to the credit of various islands of the West Indies held by the Crown Agents for the Colonies as on 6th February, 1930, are as follow:

These funds are invested in British, Dominion and Colonial Government stocks, and do not include any further sums which may be held locally as reserve or surplus funds. The statement of assets and liabilities of the Island of Barbados shows a sum of £100,000 on reserve fund account as on 31st March, 1928. The statement of assets and liabilities of the Virgin Islands shows a sum of £10,090 10s. 10d. on reserve fund account as on 31st March, 1928. Detailed information is not available as to how these sums are invested.
