§ Mr. W. GRAHAMThe answer to the first part of the question is in the negative. I fear that it would not be practicable to embark upon an investigation of such great magnitude and difficulty as that suggested in the second part of the question. In this connection, I would like to refer the hon. Member to the statements I have recently made in this House as to the steps which are being taken internationally to raise the standards of labour conditions.
