§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONThe London and North Eastern Railway Company have informed me that they have under consideration the question of the construction of a tube railway between Liverpool Street and Ilford, and are at present in communication with a well-known firm of engineers with a view to the preparation of a plan and estimates for a line of this description.
