§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONIf, as I assume, the hon. and gallant Member is referring to the new regional schemes which are being carried out by the Central Electricity Board, the answer is in the affirmative as regards the large programme of standardisation of frequency to be carried out in connection with such schemes. The grid lines for such schemes are being constructed as rapidly as possible.
