LEWISasked the Lord Privy Seal whether the grant-in-aid sanctioned by the Unemployment Grants Committee for the North-East England Electricity Scheme, under which certain interest charges will be met in whole or in part by the grant, is subject to any proviso to the effect that if the development under the scheme is very rapid and effective part of the benefit of the grant will be withdrawn?
