§ Mr. TURNERA test of the Turner low-temperature carbonisation plant was made last year, and a report dealing with this test will be published within the next fortnight. There has been some delay in publishing the report owing to the fact that a second test was to be carried out, but so far a suitable opportunity for its completion has not occurred. The reason for the second test is referred to in the report.
