§ Mr. F. O. ROBERTSMr. Stratford's claim to be suffering from disablement due to his War service was rejected in 1920 and an appeal against the Ministry's decision was disallowed by the Pensions Appeal Tribunal. No evidence has at any time been produced to justify a review of the case and there is, therefore, no ground for special action.
