§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONI understand that the present position of the scheme for the construction of a bridge over Dornie Ferry is that the Ross and Cromarty County Council are considering the desirability of appointing an expert to advise them on the question of the compensation likely to be payable in the event of the bridge being constructed.
