§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONThe matter to which the hon. Member refers has been considered by the Electricity Commissioners in consultation with the Departments and representative bodies concerned. In the case of Scotland, provision has been included in Part II of the First Schedule to the Small Landholders and Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Bill with a view to the amendment of the existing law. In the case of England and Wales the question has been noted for consideration in connection with any future electricity legislation.
