HC Deb 02 December 1930 vol 245 c2012W
Sir K. WOOD

asked the Attorney-General whether he has discovered the names of the printers and publishers of the leaflet headed, "We must not murder the workers and peasants of India," and distributed to members of His Majesty's forces in May last; and whether any prosecution in respect thereof has been undertaken?

The LORD ADVOCATE

I have been asked to reply. The names of the printers and publishers of the leaflet in question have not been discovered. Three men have been prosecuted for distributing the leaflet, and have been convicted and sentenced to terms of imprisonment.
