§ Mr. W. BROWNasked the Postmaster-General whether, in connection with the occupation of Telephone House at Manchester, he is prepared to recommend to the Treasury the making of a grant to enable a dining club to be instituted for the convenience of the staff
§ Mr. LEES-SMITHI have offered to give the staff at Telephone House, Manchester, a loan, which has been accepted, to assist them in forming a refreshment club. In addition, the club will be provided with free accommodation, including maintenance 'and any necessary structural alterations.
