Member to the White Paper (Cmd. 3519), published in March, 1930, and to the interim reports of the Unemployment Grants Committee and the annual reports of the Road Fund, which give the information he desires. Copies of the interim reports of the committee and the reports of the Road Fund are filed in the Library.
