§ Mr. GILLETTCommercial intelligence relating to the Anglo-Egyptian Sudan is at present dealt with through the Commercial Secretary to the British Residency at Cairo. An additional Com-3132W mercial Secretary is shortly being appointed in order to enab1e the senior Commercial Secretary to travel more frequently to the Sudan for the purpose of fostering British trade.
