Mr. ALEXANDERThe totals in submarines, built, building and authorised, as stated at the beginning of the London Conference in January, 1930, by the five Powers concerned were:
mage for submarines as defined at Geneva in August, 1929, and adopted at the London Conference. The combined total 2657W tonnage of submarines of the other navies, based on Navy List displacements, is 80,504 tons (built, building and authorised) to 31st March, 1930. Geneva tonnages are not available for these vessels.
