§ Mr. LEES-SMITHIn conformity with the recommendation of the Commission, teleprinter apparatus is being installed as rapidly as it can be obtained from the manufacturers, and a number of changes are being introduced in the organisation and layout of instrument rooms. Some of the recommendations of the Commission involving important changes of organisation and methods are under discussion with the Post Office staff associations whose interests are affected, and others are the subject of practical experiment.
