§ Mr. LEES-SMITHAdhesive or embossed stamps of King Edward VII's reign will be exchanged for current stamps of equivalent value if application is made to the Cashier's Branch, Accountant-General's Department, General Post Office (North), London, E.C.1; to the Accountant, Edinburgh, or to the Postmaster Surveyor, Belfast, on or before 30th September, 1930.
