§ Mr. KELLYasked the Home Secretary whether he has received from the Isle of Man Government a Bill to amend the 1107W law as to gaming and betting; whether he has given consideration to the Clause which permits of tampering with the telephone to discover people who are suspected of betting, and to the Clause which prohibits the sale of newspapers containing advertisements on gaming; and what action he proposes to take?
