§ Mr. SHINWELLCivilian employés of the War Department who serve under conditions bringing them within the scope of the Workmen's Compensation Acts receive compensation for any injury sustained in their employment in accordance with the provisions of those Acts. Other civilian employés are eligible for compensation under the Superannuation Acts. The scales of compensation vary according to the circumstances.
