asked the Minister of Agriculture if it has been decided to bring in a Bill embodying the recommendations of the Royal Commission of 1927 on Land Drainage?

Yes, Sir. A Bill for that purpose is now being drafted and it is the intention of His Majesty's Government to introduce it at the earliest possible date.
