HC Deb 31 October 1929 vol 231 cc350-1W
Major COHEN

asked the Minister of Pensions whether he is now in a position to reply to the representations made by the British Legion in connection with the continuance of pension allowances to mentally or physically incapacitated war orphans for so long as the need or incapacity exists?

Mr. ROBERTS

I have given careful consideration to the proposal referred to. It involves, however, considerable administrative difficulties and I regret that I am not yet able to give a final decision.
