HC Deb 14 November 1929 vol 231 c2243W
Mr. MANDER

asked the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether the Government will incorporate in any declaration of policy with regard to East Africa a common citizenship for civilised British subjects; a common test of civilisation; and legislation without racial distinction?

Mr. LUNN

I can add nothing at present to the reply which I gave to the hon. Member for Kidderminster (Mr. Wardlaw-Milne) on the 29th October.
