§ Mr. ALBERYasked the Minister of Transport how many county authorities have made application, under Section 7 (4) of the Roads Act, 1920, for an order prohibiting or restricting the use of motor vehicles of any specified class on any specified highway which is unsuitable for them; and whether the county of Kent has made any such application?
§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONFifty-seven County Councils and nine County Borough Councils have applied for such Orders. Three applications have been received from the Kent County Council—in 1922, 1928 and August last.
