§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONThe traffic control light signals systems which have been installed in this country, in America and on the Continent have been carefully studied. They are of many varying types, and uniformity is most desirable. With this object in view my Department, in conjunction with the Home Office and the Scottish Office, have 1051W recently issued a detailed memorandum indicating the lines upon which it is considered that the most satisfactory results are likely to be attained.
