§ Mr. FREEMANasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that the piece of land acquired on Penarth Head for the purposes of a fort during the War is a disadvantage to the town by preventing a public right-of-way 1080W round this headland; and whether he will consider the possibility of handing back this land, so that it can be used to greater public advantage?
§ Mr. SHAWI have called for a report on this matter, and I will communicate with my hon. Friend in due course.
