§ Mr. DAGGARasked the Minister of Transport whether he has received a communication from the Monmouthshire County Council with reference to a resolution passed by that authority dealing with the present state of the law with regard to the testing and certification of electric meters, which they consider to be unsatisfactory; and whether he intends to introduce legislation requiring the certification and stamping of all electric meters?
