§ Mr. MARCHasked the Minister of Labour whether his attention has been called to the opening of a so-called employment bureau by a Captain W. H. Williams at Port Talbot; whether he is aware that, as a result, a large number of men in this depressed area have registered at the bureau in the hope of obtaining employment, and have suffered disappointment; and whether he proposes taking any action in the matter?
