§ THE EARL OF LUCAN (on behalf OF LORD CUSHENDUN)At the last meeting of the Council of the League of Nations the Spanish representative extended on behalf of his Government an invitation to the Council to hold its next session in Madrid. The Council unanimously accepted this invitation. Thanks to the generosity of the Spanish Government no additional cost to the funds of the League need be anticipated.
