§ Mr. BRIDGEMANFull details of the procedure for voting are set out in paragraphs 12 to 21 of Appendix XXI, King's Regulations and Admiralty Instructions, to which I would refer the hon. Member. On receipt of information as to the dates of the Election, the Fleet and all naval establishments concerned will be notified by telegram, and a special Fleet Order giving detailed instructions as to the procedure to be followed will be issued.
