§ Mr. COOPERDetails regarding staff of the Navy, Army and Air Force Institutes are matters for the board of management. But I am informed that the female assistant in question was required for a shop, patronised mainly by women, where the nature of the work was, in the opinion of the board of management, more suitable for a woman than for a man.
