Dagenham Urban District Council, which affects the security of tenure of public officials by allowing their dismissal at any time at the pleasure of the body employing them, irrespective of any contract as to notice of termination of appointment; and what action, if any, he proposes to take to secure the position of officers appointed under the Public Health Acts in view of the state of the law revealed by this decision?
