§ Colonel ASHLEYArrangements are being made for the introduction of one-way working, i.e., from east to west, in Maiden Lane, but I regret that it is not considered practicable, at any rate at the present time, to make any further arrangements of this nature with a view to relieving the congestion in the neighbourhood of Covent Garden Market.
