GOWERasked the Minister of Health whether he has yet considered the resolution passed and forwarded to him by the grand council of the National Citizens' Union that he should cause an inquiry to be held into the possibility 811W of legalising the sterilisation of mentally deficient persons under certain conditions and subject to proper safeguards; and whether he has any statement to make upon the matter?
