§ Mr. W. GRAHAMThe scheme under consideration is a complicated one, designed to apply to the milk trade throughout both England and Wales. The Food Council consider it necessary to consult the associations of milk distributors in order to have the details more clearly before them, and the matter will accordingly be discussed with those associations as soon as practicable. The scheme, if approved, would not in any case come into force until 1st October.
