Member will be aware, the general question of international arbitration is1346W receiving careful consideration by His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom in consultation with His Majesty's Governments in the Dominions, but I am not prepared at the moment to make any statement with special reference to the proposal for an arbitration treaty with the United States of America.
