§ Captain BULLOCKasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he is aware that under the Young reparation scheme reparations in kind delivered to countries may be disposed of by them outside their own territories subject to certain restrictions; and whether, in view of the danger to the coal export trade involved thereby, he will assure himself of the adequacy of these restrictions before approving of this scheme?
