Captain HALLasked the First Lord of the Admiralty if he is aware that recently a chief petty officer aboard H.M.S. "Repulse" was found communicating with his Member of Parliament; whether this is contrary to King's Regulations; and, if so, whether he will take steps to allow such facilities to active service ratings?
