§ Miss BONDFIELDWith the contributions at present in operation the annual income and expenditure of the Unemployment Fund balance when the live register averages about 1,000,000. The additional contribution from the Exchequer proposed in the Bill now under consideration will raise the balancing point to about 1,090,000.
