HALLasked the Under-Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs whether any assurances have been given to the Dominion Governments that action with regard to the modification of the present system of Imperial Preferences will be postponed until the Government have had full opportunity of conferring with representatives of the Dominions on the subject and considering their views?
